应用安装范围

该电缆采用特殊结构设计，使用寿命长，z.ui大限度提高电梯生产企业的营运效率。电梯控制电缆可在悬挂长度较长的情况下提供整体电气控制，同时承受机械应力。电梯电缆因采用钢丝承载缆芯，可用于长距离悬挂使用场合。

加  强  件： 高强度镀锌航空钢丝（可选）；

护      套： 耐寒PVC专用护套,灰色(RAL7001) 或 黑色(RAL9005) （不要）

额定电压：300／500V：

  测试电压：2500V

静态弯曲试验：0．3m

  垂直燃烧试验：通过GB／T18380．1—2001、IEC60332—1：1993试验：

  在正常使用时，导体z.ui高温度为70 uc_

  电缆适宜在一1 5～+400c的环境下使用：

如电梯使用情况如下时

电梯电缆是一字型排列时

1、自由使用长度大于35m；

2、运行速度大于1.6m/s; 

应考虑在电缆中增加承力元件，承力元件一般为镀锌软钢丝绳或纤维绳如芳纶纱等

 

电梯电缆是梅花型绞合排列时

1、自由悬挂长度大于80m；

2、运行速度为4.0m/s~10.0 m/s; 

应考虑在电缆中增加承力元件，承力元件一般为镀锌软钢丝绳。
